We are renovating a thatched villa in suburban Utrecht, reimagining 600m² with an open layout, guest suites, and luxurious bathrooms. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, a living room, and a thatched veranda blending indoor-outdoor living. The basement includes a cinema, wine room, and gym. The garden gets a new pool house, terraces, and swimming pool. Delivered turn-key.
